Daviq, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 57725381, located at Atoomweg 63, 3542AA Utrecht, the Netherlands, is the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the processing of personal data through this website and our applications.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following situations:

Contact form and support tickets: name, email address, subject, message, company name (optional). Additionally, IP address and user agent are stored for protection against misuse.

Beta sign-ups: name, email address, motivation, experience with similar apps, platform preference (iOS/Android), IP address and user agent.

Application usage: when using our mobile applications, we may collect technical data such as device type, operating system and app version.

Account data: when creating an account, we process the data you provide during registration (name, email address).

3. Processing Purposes

• Responding to contact requests and handling support tickets
• Managing beta test programme sign-ups and communication with testers
• Delivering, maintaining and improving our services and applications

5. Retention Periods

• Support tickets: maximum 24 months after last activity, then anonymised or deleted.
• Beta sign-ups: up to 12 months after the conclusion of the beta programme.
• Account data: as long as your account is active. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
• Anti-bot data (IP, user agent): maximum 12 months.

6. Recipients and Processors

We do not share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use the following service providers (processors):

• TransIP B.V. (hosting) - located in the Netherlands
• Email service provider - for sending transactional emails (confirmations, notifications)

Data processing agreements have been concluded with these parties in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

7. International Transfers

Your personal data is processed and stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EEA.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access (Art. 15): you may request which personal data we process about you.
• Right to rectification (Art. 16): you may have incorrect data corrected.
• Right to erasure (Art. 17): you may request deletion of your data.
• Right to restriction (Art. 18): you may request restriction of processing.
• Right to object (Art. 21): you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Right to data portability (Art. 20): you may request your data in a structured format.
• Right to withdraw consent: you may withdraw previously given consent at any time.

We do not place tracking, analytics or marketing cookies. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

11. Mobile Applications

The same principles described in this privacy policy apply to our mobile applications. Per application, additional information may be available in the respective app store listing or on the application support page.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy. In case of material changes, we will inform you via our website. The most recent version is always available on this page.

13. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe that we do not process your personal data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
